Hi, I'm Shana. I’m a nutritionist who works with mid-life ladies and gentlemen who are ready to put their health and well-being on the top of their “to-do” list, so they can make the second half better than the first.

I specialize in helping you lose weight and inches in a healthful and sustainable manner that is individualized to you. And of course, together we’ll put a stop to the CREEP. You know, those creeping numbers that can come with age – cholesterol, blood sugars, and waistline.

I’ll help guide you towards foods that will work for your body, not against it. I’ll support you in adopting life-long lifestyle habits that will make you successful today and five, ten, or twenty years down the road. After all, success depends on putting actions into place that are sustainable. It’s not about the latest diet fad, it’s about eating a whole foods diet that works for your body, that you genuinely like and doesn’t take hours out of your day to prepare.

I’ll also hold you accountable, without being a taskmaster, so you can take action and get the results you desire. Last, but not least, I won’t take the fun out of your food. Food is meant to be enjoyed. After all, pleasure is the most important nutrient there is!
